With the current version of the system, only video games can be sold or traded-in. In the near future, we will accept accessories and game consoles in addition to video games.

What about shipping? Do I pay to ship my items?

You are responsible for shipping your trade-in items to us. The shipping address and further details will be provided on the trade-in confirmation page on the website and you will also receive a copy of the confirmation by E-Mail. There is no minimum or maximum number of items you can sell or trade-in at one time, but you will find it more economical to ship more items at once instead of a lot of little packages.

How much does it cost to use the Red Lion Interactive Buyback System?

How soon can I use my trade-in credit?

Credit for each trade-in transaction will normally be available 2-3 working days after we receive your package(s). Please contact your account representative for further details.
